Declaration on AI Development and Restrictions on Players by CHIC

CHIC asserts that the paramount consideration in the application and development of any AI is social safety and societal impact.

I. Copyright In light of the current legal regulations in all countries, CHIC complies with the restrictions on AI infringement set forth by the Japanese Ministry of Culture. Additionally, we urge users to be mindful of potential copyright infringements arising from RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), such as uploading works to Dove AI to generate similar AI works without the consent of the copyright holder.

To prevent such occurrences, we will watermark generated works to prove that they are AI creations rather than human creations.

Furthermore, please understand that AI-generated works do not have copyright protection under the law. Therefore, if other players use AI-generated works for derivative creations, it does not constitute infringement. Please be aware of this.

II. Privacy Regarding the privacy guidelines for Meta AI integration, it is essential to note that CHIC complies with Llama 3’s LICENSE. If players are highly concerned about privacy, please carefully review Meta's LICENSE. However, for on-device operations, CHIC adheres to the Hiroshima Accord's International Guidance Principles for All Artificial Intelligence Participants, ensuring strict self-discipline and the highest level of protection for player data that may be learned by AI. Please note that if players do not want their privacy to be learned by Dove AI, they can turn it off at any time.

Please be aware that CHIC Cosmonaut highly values the privacy of users and investors. We don't have the authority to access your comments or interactions on Llama 3. However, if users or investors publicly disclose comments or interactions on community platforms (Discord, X, etc.) or voluntarily leak confidential information, it is not covered by privacy regulations.

III. Legal Declarations As previously stated, CHIC complies with Japan's "Hiroshima AI Process" and maintains self-discipline, as well as synchronizing with the EU's "AI Act". The company will never develop artificial intelligence with malicious intent, such as deepfakes, fraudulent activities, harm to human rights and health, human scoring, or actions detrimental to public welfare. CHIC's artificial intelligence is used solely for gaming purposes and operates within the bounds of ethical guidelines. Players are strictly prohibited from using artificial intelligence or robots for activities that infringe upon the financial sector or involve investment-related activities, and users are advised not to test the boundaries of the law.

IV. Transparency CHIC advocates for "open source," one of the seven elements of the metaverse in A16z, which is synonymous with transparency. The operation and utilization of artificial intelligence will continue to be documented in development reports on Medium to keep users informed. Dove AI is open source, and we encourage users to break the norm when playing CHIC's side missions. However, as it is open source, players engaging in dynamic narrative side missions or derivative works should adhere to the same artificial intelligence ethics. CHIC reserves the right, as the developer, to remove content that violates ethical standards. For example, content that promotes racial discrimination, sexual content, or other inhumane content.

V. Fairness Regarding fairness, despite driving the development of generative AI to establish an ecosystem in the autonomous world, CHIC does not suppress human artists. The team uniformly develops games and ecological considerations with a "human-centered" approach during development. It is undeniable that the works of human creators will take precedence over AI creations. The promotion of generative AI in the autonomous world is part of democratizing creation, which is the original intention of all AI companies. If "fairness" is included in the AI Business Guide to be launched by the Japanese government in the future, we will adhere to it.

VI. Security and Human Control In addition, CHIC ensures that the integration between Llama 3 and MUD does not involve player data or decentralized identity symbols, such as wallet addresses or NFT ownership numbers. This guarantees the security of participant blockchain data for Llama 3. Users are also advised not to disclose personal sensitive information (such as private keys or phone numbers) when interacting with Dove AI.

Please note that due to the rapid development of AI, CHIC cannot be held responsible for any privacy disputes or potential illegal activities arising from players using AI technologies from other AI companies for social interactions, ecosystem shaping, or content creation within the ecosystem. Participants are responsible for handling such matters on their own.

Finally, CHIC emphasizes that all AI is under human control, and the company will diligently monitor AI development and deployment responsibilities as a fintech company.
