Previously, we covered many elements without explicitly explaining why CHIC represents “On-Chain Reality.” Since the design, use cases, and technology behind our DLCs are part of our trade secrets and sensitive information, we cannot disclose them in detail. However, we can explain how CHIC differs from other AWs (Autonomous Worlds) and even The Sims, as well as the direction we are heading. Let’s go.
In CHIC’s On-Chain Reality, DLCs are not additional game content in the traditional sense but rather expansions of NFT series. The foundation of CHIC’s DLC design lies in the ability of NFTs to “evolve by combining with other NFTs,” thereby expanding the on-chain environment.
Imagine this: In CHIC's autonomous world, when you ‘engage with possible future crime mechanics,’ the system’s Agents will track you based on your NFT code and initiate an automated enforcement mechanism. This is not just a 'game setting'—it is a real-world application of NFT and AI interaction in the Web3 space. When your NFT identity directly impacts your world experience—do you dare to challenge the system?
For example, your AW land is no longer just a symbolic or virtual game item; it is a “usable, unique application (functionality).” Think about tApps. Intelligent Assets and tApp
Our priority is “What kind of enjoyment can users derive from this?” rather than “What can users observe developing?” That said, as a tech company, CHIC closely follows advancements in agent technology and anticipates that it will enhance user experiences in the future. Let’s illustrate this with a concrete example for clarity.
On-Chain Reality Simulation: Innovating user-to-user interactions through NFTs in CHIC.
Agent World Simulation: Developing AI-to-AI (data-to-data) simulated emotional interactions through AI advancements.
This distinction defines CHIC. As a responsible and human-centric tech company, we believe that the world should bring users satisfaction through human interactions, not just data.
Earlier, we mentioned that CHIC’s NFT is called Accord, and Accord - Citizens are the accounts used to log into the Genesis Diary. In CHIC's internal confidential design documents, CHIC's world framework differs from most Autonomous World infrastructures. We do not focus on the contract and network layers, but instead focus on the development of the application layer.
Therefore, just like how The Sims has many intersecting expansion packs, users can treat CHIC's future DLCs as a type of expansion pack. Let me illustrate the differences to clarify:
The Sims Expansion Pack: After purchasing and downloading the DLC, the game adds new modules and systems to the base game.
CHIC’s On-Chain Reality NFT Expansion: By purchasing an NFT, users can expand the original NFT and application functions or forms through composability.
If this feels abstract, you can discard the idea of NFTs being just credentials and think of them as code to easily understand how NFTs in CHIC's DLC work. We can confidently say that in CHIC’s autonomous world, which holds more weight—Genesis Diary or DLC? We can guarantee, 200%, that it’s DLC.
Imagine: When discussing user interaction with Intelligent Assets, Smart Tokens, and Dove AI’s tApp, it could be flipped to: "When you burn more than 10 rare achievements (Smart Tokens) and unlock the ‘Luxury King’ epic achievement, your Accord (smart contract) may evolve into a different form, unlocking a feature specific to that achievement." This could be something like ‘enabling a limited number of transactions.’ This makes tApp’s smart contracts and AI more personalized rather than a mass-market product, which is the advantage of modularity in future games.
But this does not mean that the Genesis Diary is not important. If people are confused, we can use this analogy to help them clearly understand the relationship between the importance of the Genesis Diary and DLC. "The Genesis Diary is the desk in the user's abstract 'world' that lacks a virtual space, while intelligent assets are the decorations placed on the desk by the user, such as 3C (unlocking important features), potted plants (changing application pages), etc. Without the desk, there would only be DLC (NFTs), and it wouldn't be able to expand the 'world'; it would just be an 'NFT combination.' DLC needs the desk, which is the Genesis Diary, to truly exert its influence." That's how it works!
Reminder: Although we cannot reveal the specific details of the DLC in the whitepaper, we can assure you that these expansions will further enhance the user experience and continue to evolve and iterate based on user demand (as long as it is beneficial to the company, not driven by personal interests). This also aligns with the spirit of decentralization and user demand theory.
CHIC's NFTs are not just NFTs. Since all NFTs in the DLC are deeply connected to AI, it almost requires developing a new blockchain protocol for CHIC’s autonomous world. This will take time. Therefore, CHIC is not just using existing blockchain protocols (ERC-XXXX) and adding animations or images while linking ChatGPT API to achieve AI-NFT functionality. No, that’s a completely different approach.
As builder of a gamified digital environment, we aim to design both side missions and main missions to ensure that this world is not just another UGC replica. Due to the limited capacity of on-chain data, we don’t want CHIC’s missions to be like the repetitive, meaningless quests in MMORPGs. Instead, they should be meaningful and dynamic—this is why storytelling exists. With AI, on-chain dynamic events become a possibility.
Side missions are designed using Dove AI, databases, and smart tokens. For example, after creating your character or background using Accord - Citizen NFT’s seven vocabulary rules, you can continuously engage with the Genesis Diary by trading and completing community tasks to earn fragments (Coins). Once you collect a fixed amount, you can synthesize them into a smart token and obtain a “side mission access pass”—unlocking a side mission system unlike traditional games.
Please note: Since CHIC is not a game and does not have a virtual space, the character you create in the early stages is more like “imagining and shaping your character through your diary” rather than the traditional Metaverse or game-style creation process where you log in, select a character model, customize it, and enter a virtual space.
As the gamification process evolves, we will begin designing mission content, but at its core, we want this world to be participation-driven and open-ended, rather than relying on outdated models like staking tokens or airdrops. We strive to create genuine participation value.
Main missions will be embedded within future DLC Intelligent Assets, offering a deeper, more immersive experience than side missions. The key difference between side missions and main missions is this:
The key difference lies in this: We want users to leverage this framework (as an example) to create their own side missions. Of course, most users just want to play, not build.
This is why CHIC’s Autonomous World is more structured than “just providing tools and letting users build their own world”—because we believe that not every user who enters an Autonomous World wants to be a creator or is skilled in world-building. Most people seek a unique digital experience, so we are moving in that direction—lowering the barrier to creation and participation in an Autonomous World.
On the other hand, main missions are similar to traditional games in that they are not tied to your character. The user takes on a third-person perspective, uncovering the secrets of this Autonomous World. Of course, if you don’t want to engage in the main missions, that’s perfectly fine—because this world follows the same philosophy as Final Fantasy XIV: “Play however you want.”
Are you a collector, chasing NFTs and achievements?
A curious explorer, uncovering the secrets hidden within side and main missions?
Or are you waiting for new DLCs, eager to master new mechanics and conquer challenges?
If you have more questions, such as “Does the progress of the main mission affect the CHIC world?”, “Is there a possibility for community-driven progression?”, or “Are there multiple endings?”, please understand that not all details can be disclosed. Otherwise, where would the fun be?
When we refer to the "real world," we are not talking about RWA (Real-World Assets), but rather a concept similar to what : games becoming "universal simulators." This does not mean bringing physical assets (such as real estate or stocks) on-chain, but rather using NFTs, smart contracts, and AI to simulate and establish an independent digital ecosystem. CHIC transforms this concept into "NFTs becoming the ultimate simulator of everything within an autonomous world," making it a reality. This represents a completely new paradigm shift.
Agent Worlds are a breakthrough in Autonomous Worlds! MIT’s 2023 paper, , laid the groundwork for the simulation foundations of Autonomous Worlds in 2025. However, CHIC’s focus on NFTs signifies our commitment to integrating blockchain protocols with generative AI for consumer applications in digital assets, rather than creating an “AI World.”
