In the evolving landscape of digital ownership and artificial intelligence, CHIC has introduced a revolutionary concept—Intelligent Assets. Unlike ERC-721A, dNFT (NFT 2.0), or even the emerging AI-NFT (NFT 3.0), Intelligent Assets break the limitations of NFTs as digital objects by giving them operability, independent value creation ability, and enabling them to play a real role in the autonomous world ecosystem. This is NFT 4.0.
This NFT is considered as the sole channel for interaction with AI, and it serves as your "ID" in your second life at CHIC, hence referred to as an "account" because it acts as a "wallet". Please remember that this NFT is akin to your identification card; it is highly important and not merely a token. Selling it equates to selling your gaming account, resulting in the inability to access any services or gameplay within CHIC, including AI.
Note: The wallet does not manage your assets for you; it simply allows you to view your on-chain assets through NFTs, nothing more. Additionally, a friendly reminder: this ID can only store CHIC tokens and cannot store non-CHIC cryptocurrencies, tokens, or meme coins; please be mindful of this.

Most AI-NFTs simply connect NFTs to centralized APIs, which brings two major issues:
Lack of autonomy: APIs can only passively respond to commands, without the ability to operate independently, learn, or develop other functionalities.
Over-reliance on centralized enterprises: API services from tech companies may be affected by policy changes, business model shifts, or access restrictions, which contradicts the decentralized ideals of Web3.
In contrast, CHIC’s Intelligent Assets are fully autonomous smart assets, offering the following unique advantages:
Autonomous AI Engine: Using the open-source LLM Llama 3.2, CHIC can fully control the AI training data, logic, and optimization, without being restricted by other tech companies.
Decentralized Operation: DeFAI can independently run on the blockchain and allow offline operation locally. On-chain assets do not rely on external APIs or centralized servers, while IPFS ensures privacy, security, and long-term stability.
Practical Use Cases: Intelligent Assets are not just “chatting NFT characters,” but can independently execute tasks within the CHIC autonomous world (such as the Genesis Diary), participate in the data economy, and truly create value.
The previous generation of NFTs relied on scarcity and speculative crowds to create financial value. CHIC seeks to change the “nature” of NFTs in the eyes of governments and the public by innovating and creating concrete non-financial use cases. Intelligent Assets create real user value by executing smart contracts, applying deep learning from the Genesis Diary, and addressing AI x Blockchain challenges in system-driven use cases within the Autonomous World (AW).
Specific use cases are based on various blockchain protocols in CHIC’s designed “Second Life DLC” series, integrating Dove AI and database data, enabling Intelligent Assets to function in a gamified digital environment. For example, the NFT wallet function allows users to easily manage and trade “ecosystem assets,” while the NFT pairing feature can automatically find the most suitable matches based on user needs. The text control character function lets users control virtual characters within NFTs with simple commands, enhancing the interactive experience. Additional functions include dynamic evolution within applications (non-dNFT image evolution), dynamic narrative for NFTs, Token-as-Apps (Smart Token) automatic SaaS, and context-triggered events.
The MUD blockchain engine, as a core component, integrates CHIC’s “NFT World = Protocol World” with LLM, enabling the dynamic evolution of NFTs. CHIC can continuously iterate based on the evolution of the autonomous world, similar to Web2 products or UGC environments. This is not just a technological upgrade for NFTs but the creation of a new business model, turning consumers into core participants in the ecosystem and driving digital assets into unprecedented application scenarios.

Unlike standard tokens, tApps deepen the integration between smart contracts and AI, creating a dynamic narrative for side missions that adapts based on user input and context, rather than following a predefined logic.
Imagine this: You mint a Smart Token and drop it into a pond in your dNFT (diary page). Instead of receiving a fixed response, AI triggers a dynamic event: “Did you drop a golden axe, a silver axe, or a wooden axe?”
This kind of context-aware, interactive NFT experience sets tApps apart from traditional pre-written smart contracts found in dApps.
However, as advances its technology, one key question arises: Why tApps instead of Agents?
At first glance, Smart Tokens and AI-powered Agents might seem nearly identical in terms of interaction, with Agents appearing even more advanced. However, CHIC chose Smart Tokens over Agents for one crucial reason: composability.
Smart Tokens are not just achievement badges or mission triggers—they are modular components that can be recombined, modified, and expanded within CHIC’s Second Life framework.

The future of digital assets is cross-chain, where all interactions and transactions can take place within a single interface—this is blockchain abstraction. This is why CHIC’s entire ecosystem is built around NFTs and tApps. Let me clarify:
The primary function of Accord - Citizen is a wallet, but users access it through CHIC’s Diary (application). They don’t need to switch to an external wallet—their NFT account itself is the wallet. When users “experience” this world using Smart Tokens (tApps), the tApps are embedded within the website, so users never need to leave the interface. In other words, all actions occur within a single application, eliminating the constant switching required in traditional dApps.
This solves the long-standing audience limitation of autonomous worlds. Thanks to CHIC’s unique approach (no standalone applications & no games), this world does not have to be built on a specific blockchain. CHIC’s framework is entirely composed of NFTs, meaning blockchains for CHIC serve as transaction layers rather than foundational infrastructures.
We are not focused on “putting all game content on-chain”—instead, we anchor all digital experiences within NFTs.
We align with Axelar’s vision of “breaking Web3’s own centralization trend.” CHIC’s NFT AW framework, the x tApp, has the potential to become the first Interchain-native application.

As social attributes expand, we believe the value people will derive will surpass monetary gain and instead be the most precious human possession: "emotion." The first step will be taken with "Diaries."
tApps (Token as a Apps) are “tokens as app-like experiences”, a concept pioneered by through Smart Tokens. The key difference between tApps and dApps lies in their accessibility:
