Our CFO brings 14+ years of financial leadership, including prior experience at Ernst & Young and as CFO of enterprises exceeding $200M in revenue. With deep expertise in crypto finance, tokenomics, and cross-border fundraising, he ensures CHIC’s financial scalability and investor readiness.
Responsible for the company’s crypto financial health and asset fund management. as well as financial risk management and financing assistance.

Our GC, who possesses over 12 years of legal experience specializing in corporate, digital assets, and financial regulation across multiple jurisdictions. He previously held the role of Legal Counsel at SingularityNET. He is ICA Certified and is responsible for ensuring CHIC's intelligent assets compliance.
Legal consultation, review of legal contracts, examination and legalization of cryptocurrency regulations for NFT projects, and other legal matters.

Our Senior Blockchain Engineer, who brings 18+ years of engineering experience, including roles as an Ex-Manager at Ignite/Tendermint. And has led cross-chain architecture and smart contract system design within the CHIC.
Leading blockchain backend development and execution, cross-chain management, smart contract and full-stack integration support, and internal contract auditing.
👋 Sr. Full-Stack Engineer 🇺🇸 US
Our Senior Full-Stack Engineer has 10+ years of experience. He is an Ex-Amazon Software Engineer who built large-scale AI personalization systems. He contributed to ZK identity and fintech infrastructure under strict compliance at Serokell, and led the scalable deployment of CHIC Intelligent Assets.
Leading the Web3 x AI Frontend and AI Application Layer. He is in charge of the frontend for key products like Intelligent Assets (Accord) and Genesis Diary, and guided the design of the product's Composable integration.
