🛣️Decentralization Roadmap
This is neither a project launch timeline nor a product roadmap, and it is not a simple company roadmap either

This roadmap does not tell you what systems CHIC will develop but rather how the team will progress toward decentralization.
Due to the nature of this project and its attributes differing from mainstream attributes (e.g., smart contract games) in the autonomous world, we cannot disclose specific plans for the autonomous world. However, the MVP will reveal some aspects.
Note: Due to the significant fluctuations in the Web3 environment and market, please consider the roadmap as a reference only. Do not rely on the roadmap for investment decisions. Founder: I love surprises from players!
Note: Due to the evolving regulatory environment of Web3 and the uncertainty of community engagement, this roadmap does not include specific timelines and should not be considered a timeline. Please do not rely on this roadmap for investment decisions. The speed of centralization and decentralization depends on the creativity exhibited by the community.
But you also can see the MVP structure

You can see that this is not just about a single NFT or application; it's the "Genesis Diary" created by combining numerous technologies. We don't let the creation of NFTs rely on Discord, nor do we create web games.
I really like the line from Playmint: "To do this properly you need to burn everything to the ground and start again."
Yes, you need to reset yourself.

The initial MLP is designed to give users a first-hand experience of the core mechanics and interface. While it’s much simpler than the full MLP, it lays the essential foundation for future development. Think of it as a ‘skeleton’ version—admittedly, the functionality is insufficient to ‘explore the world,’ and the system is still very simple. The minimalism ensures transparency to immediately incorporate early users’ feedback and reduces unnecessary development. This is precisely the purpose of ‘iteration.’
Building the world requires your voice.
